Facebook function on Smarty Bean (Plus) +

Users who has previously downloaded and utilized the Facebook share function on original Smarty Bean, may experience uploading issues on Smarty Bean (Plus) +.

To resolve this, users can simply remove the app "Smarty Bean" and/or "Smarty Bean +" inside Facebook, and try again using the share function on Smarty Bean +:

Facebook > App Center > Your Apps

Smarty Bean (Plus) + Version 2.0 Release

With 6 + 5 new exercises and a complete crayon set, we are excited to announce the release of Smarty Bean + (Plus), available on the Apple Store, try it today!

Smarty Bean + is an educational app for children ages 2-5years of age. The exercises are developed to help the development of children’s Attention, Memorization, Hand-Eye Coordination, Visuospatial Skills and more. The app is created to be easily understood by children with a simple instruction at the beginning of each exercise.

The app features a drawing book where children can draw and save their picture for future viewing. The writing exercises are also saved in the drawing book for progress monitoring. Parents may also utilize the built-in share on Facebook feature to share their children’s work with friends and family.

The inexpensive Smarty Bean Plus includes as many as 6 + 5 new exercises, a full set of color crayons within the drawing book, plus more features to come.

Characters

Beanie - Main character of Smarty Bean.  A bean who is cheery and loves learning something new everyday.  From the original story, Beanie meets Maple and Acorn in his journey, and become good friends with them.

Despite how much of a tree or vegetable Maple looks like, Maple is a seed from a maple tree.  Like other maple seeds, Maple is a born flyer who can spiral and glide with his wings like helicopters.

Acorn is the energetic one within the group.  His surprisingly hard head often creates great ideas.  The concept of Acorn as an artist comes from the shape of his head, for it looks much like a beret, an artist's hat.

Berry earns his nick name 'Berry Jumps-a-lot' from all the jumping he does.  Berry enjoys laughing happily as he jumps.

Pod Pod is quite the quiet one.  The pod like seed likes playing hide and seek.  Pod Pod often confuses himself with Christmas trees.

Smarty Bean - Version 1.02 Release

Smarty Bean - Version 1.02 is now available.  The previous problem with iPod Touch compatibility has been resolved.  

More exercises are rolling in our pipeline, stay tune for more news and updates.
